Mission of This Role : Drive ROI and Repeat SuccessThe core mission is to run and evolve our profitable paid ad funnels across multiple channels. This person is all about ROI and repeating success. You will continuously refine ad targeting to reach the right audience use data to identify the lowest cost and highest click rates. Your ability to leverage AI and algorithmic tools to stay current and evolve with technology is crucial. You will develop a sense for what to turn off, where to increase ad spend, and regularly report data back to the team.
Outcomes & Responsibilities
- High‑Volume Execution : Manage and launch 50‑60 ad creatives per month consistently.
- Update Frequency : Upload and test new ads several times a week to maintain a steady testing pipeline.
- Creative Insight : Identify top‑performing ads, share insights with the creative team, and generate similar high‑performing concepts to repeat success.
- Daily Optimization : Track performance and adjust campaigns daily to maintain efficiency metrics.
- Platform Expansion : Focus on Meta (Facebook / Instagram) in the first 90 days, then expand to TikTok and YouTube.
Data, Tracking, and Reporting
KPI Focus : Closely monitor Cost Per Result, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and full‑funnel metrics.Data‑Driven Insights : Analyze data daily to decide which campaigns to scale or pause, and share insights with the team.Centralized Reporting : Maintain a shared tracker or spreadsheet for ad performance metrics, updated daily.Pixel Implementation & Conversion Tracking : Ensure accurate pixel setup and conversion tracking to prevent attribution errors and maintain alignment between ads, pages, and CTAs.Strategic & Creative Alignment
Full‑Funnel Ownership : Manage and optimize two key funnels — the Call‑Booking Funnel and the Virtual Paid Event Ticket Funnel.Strategic Copywriting : A strong plus if you have marketing‑focused copywriting skills (video scripts, headlines, ad copy).Creative Direction : Provide direction and conceptual guidance to the design and video teams.What You Bring (Experience & Skills)
Experience : 3‑5 years of experience running profitable paid ad campaigns.Technical Expertise : Tech‑savvy and detail‑oriented; able to set up Meta Pixels, TikTok / Google Tags, and conversion APIs.Mindset : Think like a marketer first, platform expert second — proactive, coachable, and solution‑oriented.Communication : Strong communicator for effective collaboration both internally and externally.Logistics
