Overview

AI-First UI / UX Design Manager. Based in Dubai, report to the CEO, owning the e-commerce web design. Lead the design function and revolutionize the design process and customer experience through AI integration.

Responsibilities

  • Architect an AI-first design practice and strategy, deploying tools like Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, and LLM-based personalization to reduce design-to-deployment time and improve conversion.
  • Transform operations from sequential to agile, mentor designers to become AI-native while maintaining brand governance and driving the full customer journey from Home to Checkout.
  • Lead a CRO roadmap with A / B testing and multi-armed bandits, partnering with Marketing and Analytics to implement AI-shaped UX patterns that impact revenue.
  • Act as the voice of design in the C-suite, presenting data-backed arguments to secure buy-in and drive business outcomes.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • 7–10 years in web design for e-commerce, including 4+ years leading and managing a design team.
  • Portfolio showing shipped PDP / PLP / Checkout improvements tied to business metrics.
  • Expert in Figma (components, variables, Dev Mode); strong visual / motion craft and responsive design sense.
  • Proven experience implementing GenAI tools into a design pipeline, with understanding of prompt engineering, quality control, and brand governance.
  • Familiarity with AI-shaped UX patterns (conversational search, assistant UI, recommendation modules) and measurement.
  • Experience collaborating on experiments (A / B and multi-armed bandits) and understanding trade-offs between speed and causal certainty.
  • Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 and SEO fundamentals for structured content and schema on e-commerce sites.
