Role Overview
The Social Media Specialist will turn long‑form real‑estate content into high‑impact short‑form videos, manage daily social media activity, and engage with a highly valuable audience. The role requires experience within the real‑estate industry and the ability to convert complex topics into platform‑native content. The specialist will use AI tools to repurpose videos, design posts, manage posting schedules, and handle DMs across multiple platforms with a strong focus on attracting quality leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Use AI tools to convert long‑form videos into 30–90 second short‑form clips for platforms such as YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
- Identify strong hooks, key takeaways, and high‑impact moments to create compelling short‑form content.
- Design appealing social media posts and thumbnails aligned with brand tone and audience.
- Build and manage a consistent content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
- Optimize posts through captions, hashtags, and timing to engage the right audience.
- Write educational captions tailored to real‑estate investors, home buyers, and high‑net‑worth individuals.
- Collaborate with the client to maintain accuracy in real‑estate terminology.
- Use storytelling to position the brand as a trusted resource in the real‑estate industry.
- Track performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve content strategy.
- Use AI tools for ideation, caption drafting, hook generation, and content repurposing while ensuring quality control.
- Provide updates on best‑performing content and lead quality across platforms.
Qualifications
Experience
2+ years of experience in social media management or content production within the real‑estate industry.Proven experience working with real‑estate agents, teams, brokerages, or investment‑focused brands.Understanding of investor and luxury buyer psychology and how to communicate with high‑value audiences.Skills
Strong experience with short‑form content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube / Shorts, and X.Ability to use AI tools for video repurposing, caption drafting, and ideation.Excellent writing skills for captions and hooks tailored to real‑estate audiences.Strong attention to detail in real‑estate terminology and numbers.Effective time management, organizational skills, and consistency across multiple platforms.Proactive mindset with the ability to bring new ideas and creative formats.Comfort working independently while maintaining clear communication with the client.What Success Looks Like
