Job Title : Executive Assistant

Location : REMOTE

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly proactive, adaptable, and independent Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is not your typical administrative position; while you will manage some routine tasks (10-20% of the time), the majority of the work is highly varied and demands creativity, problem-solving, and a strong ability to think on your feet. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with minimal guidance and will bring initiative, adaptability, and a passion for contributing to meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Administrative Tasks : Manage email, calendars, and schedule appointments.
  • Project Management : Take projects from concept to completion with little oversight, utilizing tools like Notion, LinkedIn, and content management systems.
  • Communication : Use Loom (or quickly learn to do so) as the primary mode of communication to provide updates and instructions.
  • Creative Problem-Solving : Identify and resolve obstacles proactively, seeking ways to improve processes and contribute value.
  • Independent Execution : Navigate ambiguous situations and independently handle a wide range of tasks from content creation to technical support.

Required Skills & Tools Proficiency :

  • Notion, LinkedIn, Loom : Strong familiarity with these platforms is essential; the candidate must be comfortable managing content, organizing tasks, and maintaining productivity tools.
  • Creative Tools : Experience in using various creative tools and platforms for project management, content creation, or related work.
  • Self-Starter : Ability to work independently and find solutions with minimal guidance.
  • Attention to Detail : Ensure accuracy and thoroughness across all tasks, whether big or small.
