Manage the effective running of the department by achieving set targets without compromising on Food Safety or Quality.
Qualifications and Experience
- Matric
- Driver’s license and own transport
- SAP experience (advantageous)
- Cistech experience (advantageous)
- At least 5 years of FMCG Food Retail experience
- Experience in the seafood industry will be an added advantage

Achieving set sales and shop profitability targetsMonthly reporting on shop performanceDaily monitoring of the store’s turnover and gross profitManage 2 shops based in Cape PeninsulaSales cold calling for new and existing clients for new businessAttend client meetingsMaintain GP and minimum pricing as instructed by managementMonthly stock takes, balancing and management thereofInventory controlMonitor internal and 3rd party purchasing of stockStaff management and trainingEnsure that health & safety regulations are practiced and adhered to within the shopsMarket the company brand and products on all social media platformsEnsure that shop management complies with company rules and regulationsPropose promotions to management and implement them as required#J-18808-Ljbffr
