The wholesale Petroleum Stock Controller Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management for Petroleum products within a wholesale setting.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting demand.
• Managing stock levels
• Coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring efficient storage and distribution of petroleum products.
• Ensure that stock levels are optimized to meet customer need while minimizing costs and avoiding stock outs

Key responsibilities

Inventory Management :

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, movements, and valuations.

Demand Forecasting : Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer demand to predict future inventory needs and prevent stockouts or overstocking

Manage inventory records and stock levels

Good understanding of wholesale petroleum stock control is essential

Monitor deliveries, transfers, and storage

Ensure accurate documentation and reporting

Solid understanding of stock & accounting systems

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

5-10 years of experience
