Branch Manager – Hardware & Paint Shop | Hoedspruit

Salary : R30,000 – R50,000 Negotiable DOE

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a Branch Manager for a well-established hardware and paint shop based in Hoedspruit. This role requires a driven and experienced individual to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure smooth business performance, and lead the team effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage and oversee all branch operations, including sales, stock control, and customer service

Drive sales performance and meet financial targets

Maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Supervise, train, and support staff to achieve operational goals

Monitor and manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relations

Prepare and present reports on branch performance

Requirements :

Proven experience in a management role within retail, preferably hardware, paint, or related industries

Strong leadership and staff management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Solid understanding of stock management and sales processes

Financial acumen and ability to work with budgets and targets

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
