Min Requirements

  • Matric
  • Relevant Bookkeeping Certificate / Diploma ADDED Advantage
  • 2 years’ experience as a bookkeeper
  • PASTEL or QuickBooks – Training will be provide on Companies own software CMS

Job Description

  • Books up to trial balance

    • The complete bookkeeping function for the branch

  • Prepare and administer the branch debtor accounts
  • Set up of EFT batches, cheque payments and guarantees
  • Petty cash – administering and reconciling
  • Catering supplier recons
  • Prepare files for annual audit
  • Foreign invoice allocations
