Job descriptionLLB Degree (or equivalent) Admission as an Attorney of the High Court Minimum 2–5 years’ post-admission experience in Contract Law and Construction Law Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills Knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, JBCC, NEC) Experience in dispute resolution, litigation, arbitration, and mediation That you have no objection to us retaining your personal information in our database for future matching / POPI Policy. - Ensuring regulatory compliance with building and safety standards
- Protecting client interests in negotiations and contract enforcement
