Patient Support & Communications Associate (US Healthcare) - EST Hours (Remote)

We are currently looking for a perceptive and proactive Patient Support & Communications Associate with experience in the US healthcare industry, preferably. This fully remote role requires working Sunday to Thursday, 9 am – 6 pm EST. (3 pm - midnight SA Time).

PLEASE NOTE :

• Working Hours : Sunday to Thursday, 9 am – 6 pm EST (this currently equates to 3 : 00 pm to midnight South African time, subject to change according to daylight savings with the US.)
• Work Environment : This is a fully remote role
• Internet Requirements : A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and support for a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory
• Power Backup : A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered
• Public Holidays :  You will be required to work on all South African public holidays (compensated as per BCEA)
