Overview
Pace Car Rental — one of South Africa’s leading mobility brands — is looking for a Fleet Utilization Analyst to help us keep our 9,000-vehicle fleet performing at its peak. Location : Remote | South Africa. Employment Type : Half-day (Flexible).
What you’ll do
- Analyze utilization and billing data for ~9,000 vehicles nationwide
- Identify non-utilization trends (e.g., vehicles in maintenance, panel shops, or awaiting deployment)
- Review billing accuracy and track revenue performance per vehicle or group
- Flag discrepancies and collaborate with teams to improve processes
- Compile clear, actionable reports for management review
