Job Overview
Reporting directly to the yesHEis Operations manager, the Data Analyst is responsible for transforming operational and digital engagement data into actionable insights that enhance process efficiency, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making. Working across platforms such as Google Analytics, Sprinklr, and internal systems, the Data Analyst will provide timely reporting and analysis to support teams in content, marketing, app development, and user engagement.
This role is key to ensuring data integrity, building user-friendly dashboards, and helping drive a culture of insight-led decision-making across yesHEis and the wider CV network.
Specific Responsibilities
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting tools and systems.
- Build and manage dashboards to visualise KPIs and operational performance.
- Produce regular and ad hoc reports to support leadership, content, and engagement teams.
- Interpret user behaviour and performance trends to identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, product, and tech teams to identify data needs and deliver insight‑based recommendations.
- Provide strategic input on campaign performance, content effectiveness, and user journey analysis.
- Support forecasting and strategic planning efforts with historical data analysis.
- Research and apply AI tools and emerging analytics platforms to increase the scope and depth of insight generation.
- Contribute to the development of data‑driven processes and best practices across the organisation.

3–5 years' experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or digital analytics, preferably within digital media, technology, or non‑profit environments.Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.Postgraduate qualifications or certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, SQL, or Python) are an advantage.Proven ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations that influence decision‑making.Proficiency in analytics and visualisation tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau, and advanced use of spreadsheets or SQL for data manipulation.Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings in accessible, story‑driven formats for non‑technical stakeholders.Attention to detail and a high standard of data accuracy, validation, and quality assurance.Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with marketing, content, and product teams to identify KPIs, optimise performance, and measure outcomes.Familiarity with AI‑assisted analytics and emerging data technologies is desirable.Experience in a mission‑driven or faith‑based organisation and an understanding of evangelism or digital ministry models is highly regarded.#J-18808-Ljbffr
