• Experience mentoring or leading teams, reflecting our belief in passing down knowledge like shared traditions
• Strong troubleshooting skills and clear communication to connect communities across technology and finance
• Programming knowledge (Python advantageous) to innovate while honouring structure
• Exposure to finance processes to ensure every decision respects the foundation of trust and accountability
