Compensation

Drawings : R9,000 for the first 3 months
Commission : From day 1 on every sale
Monthly Production Bonus
Year 2 Commission : Ongoing commission on clients signed up in year 1, still on the book

Matric or higher

9 Months and more experience

RE Certificate

Full Qualification (if longer than 6 years in the industry)

Well‑connected or strong ability to build networks

Outgoing, confident, and energetic sales personality
