Senior Software Engineering Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead our software engineering team in delivering OEM enablement projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about Linux and wants to make a meaningful contribution to the open-source community.

This role involves setting goals with the team, prioritizing tasks, identifying and measuring team health indicators, and maximizing the results of team members while supporting their career growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a globally distributed environment.

Additionally, they should have strong English language skills both written and verbal.

A Bachelor's degree in STEM or computer science is required; preferably with proven track records in technical roles with Linux such as Ubuntu or Debian.
