Join a stylish boutique hotel located in the vibrant city suburbs, where we are looking for a skilled Reservations Agent to strengthen our clients small and dedicated team
Key Duties :
- Manage reservations, guest profiles & booking accuracy
- Liaise with Sales, Revenue, OTAs & travel agents
- Maximise occupancy & room rates
- Handle group bookings & rooming lists
- Ensure deposits / prepayments are processed
- Follow up on provisional bookings to secure confirmations
- Assist with site inspections & agent relations
