We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Digital Executive to join our fast-paced, innovative digital team. The ideal candidate is a data-driven digital marketing professional with agency-side experience, excellent technical skills and a flair for digital strategy execution. You will play a pivotal role in driving online performance and supporting global marketing goals across our school portfolio.
Reporting to : Performance Director
What Will You Do :
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEM, social media and display
- Launch and optimise online ads (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Bing)
- Assist in managing digital marketing budgets
- Measure campaign performance using web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies
- Set up and monitor website conversion tracking, pixel tracking and event tracking
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform digital strategy
- Analyse campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve performance
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools and best practices and share them with the team
What Will You Need :
12–18 months of digital marketing experience, ideally agency-sideProven experience in a digital marketing role (e.g. Digital Marketing Executive)Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, tactics and best practicesHands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO / SEM and B2C social media marketingProficiency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesStrong organisational and time-management skillsA team-oriented attitudeA Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related field
