Who Are We Looking For :

We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Digital Executive to join our fast-paced, innovative digital team. The ideal candidate is a data-driven digital marketing professional with agency-side experience, excellent technical skills and a flair for digital strategy execution. You will play a pivotal role in driving online performance and supporting global marketing goals across our school portfolio.

Reporting to : Performance Director

What Will You Do :

  • Execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEM, social media and display
  • Launch and optimise online ads (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Bing)
  • Assist in managing digital marketing budgets
  • Measure campaign performance using web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies
  • Set up and monitor website conversion tracking, pixel tracking and event tracking
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform digital strategy
  • Analyse campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve performance
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools and best practices and share them with the team

What Will You Need :

  • 12–18 months of digital marketing experience, ideally agency-side
  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role (e.g. Digital Marketing Executive)
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, tactics and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO / SEM and B2C social media marketing
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • A team-oriented attitude
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related field
