Compliance Administrator at OneDome

Overview

As we continue our expansion, we are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Compliance Case Checks – Perform routine and targeted compliance case reviews, ensuring adherence to internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices. Identify any discrepancies or risks and escalate where necessary.
  • Undertake Remedial Work – Address and resolve issues identified during compliance case checks by working closely with relevant teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements. Maintain thorough records of findings and resolutions.
  • Monitor Compliance Communications – Manage and monitor the compliance inbox, triaging incoming queries, providing initial responses, and escalating complex matters as required. Ensure timely and accurate communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Assist in Policy and Procedure Updates – Work with the Compliance Manager to review and update policies and procedures, ensuring they remain aligned with regulatory changes and organisational requirements.
  • Maintain Compliance Records – Ensure all compliance-related documentation is accurately recorded, organised, and readily accessible for internal and external review.
  • Provide Compliance Support and Training – Assist in preparing compliance training materials and supporting awareness initiatives to promote a strong compliance culture across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a robust compliance framework and support the Compliance Manager as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Prior experience in a compliance, regulatory, or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in compliance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Education : Diploma (Required)
  • Experience : compliance 2 years (Required)
