Job Description
Our Client, a management consultancy specializing in Strategic Compliance, Legal and Risk Management with emphasis on driving international expansion and business modelling for its clients, is looking for an ambitious and driven candidate to take on the role of Compliance Officer within the dynamic Compliance Specialist Team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Client facing
- Manage and support our clients with compliance and legal requirements.
- Audit and review of compliance processes including but not limited to credit risk management issues.
- Support on renewal of Global Insurance Programme (D&O, Public Liability Insurance, Errors & Omissions / PI, and Employment Liability Insurance)
- Identifying regulatory and operational risks and reporting them to management.
- Review of the engagement of contractors, 3rd party vendors, and management / umbrella companies globally.
- Advising on risk management issues impacting company global operations.
- Assist in drafting policies to comply with compliance and regulatory requirements.
