Creative Strategist

Overview

We\'re looking for a bold, imaginative, and strategic Creative Strategist to drive the creative direction across multiple performance-driven accounts. Each strategist leads the creative vision for their assigned brands — from concept to execution — while working closely with the Head of Creative and collaborating across teams.

You\'ll be the strategic driver behind every piece of content : building messaging systems, crafting compelling ad narratives, and mentoring creative producers to push performance boundaries. This role is about marrying data with storytelling, creative instinct with consumer insight — and doing so with clarity, confidence, and collaborative energy.

Salary

$36,000.00 / yr - $36,000.00 / yr (base pay). Salary may vary based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Creative Direction & Account Ownership
• Lead creative direction for client accounts from ideation to execution.
• Develop messaging frameworks aligned with client goals and performance data.
• Guide designers, editors, and content teams to ensure cohesive output.
• Strategic Storytelling
• Create ad concepts using consumer psychology and emotional triggers.
• Turn insights into high-performing content and evolving brand messaging.
• Collaboration & Mentorship
• Support the Head of Creative in maintaining high creative standards.
• Mentor team members through feedback and creative guidance.
• Partner with media buyers and campaign managers to align goals.
