Care Home Caregiver

You would be responsible for supporting our clients in a manner that respects their individuality and promotes independence. This role involves traveling to clients' homes to assist with daily tasks as agreed upon with Charlton Kings. For more information, please call or WhatsApp.

The support provided is similar to what a family member might offer, such as assistance with bathing, dressing, or domestic tasks.

Principal Responsibilities

• Helping clients with washing and dressing
• Shopping and meal preparation
• Prompting with medication
• Supporting daily routines
• Providing respite services
• Facilitating social and leisure activities
• Assisting clients in accessing the community
