ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:

• Grade 12

DESIRED EDUCATION:

• Certificate in instructional design or training

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

• 3 - 5 years’ work experience in a business processes environment within a hospital or healthcare setting, specifically as a Credit Controller Control

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Work experience in the Patient Administration environment
• Background in the development of training material and facilitation
