Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management :
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients within the technology industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities and actively engage in business development to grow client base.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Full Recruitment Lifecycle :
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across permanent, contract, and interim tech roles.
  • Source niche candidates through a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, headhunting, and referrals.
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure technical and cultural fit.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them throughout the hiring process.
  • Negotiate job offers and close placements effectively.
  • Market & Talent Insights :
  • Stay up to date with the latest tech market trends, emerging skills, and competitor activities.
  • Advise clients on talent availability, salary benchmarking, and hiring strategies.
  • Recruitment Operations :
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients and candidates in the database
  • Deliver against KPIs and targets related to business development, placements, and revenue.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives by representing the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking sessions.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven experience as a 360 recruiter or full-cycle recruiter, ideally within the technology sector .
  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to source niche and hard-to-find tech talent in competitive markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Commercially driven with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • A minimum of 3+ years experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 2 years in tech recruitment .
  • Strong understanding of technology roles, skills, and trends (e.g., software development, cloud, DevOps, data,).
