Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as main client with clients.
- Ensure effective communication and cooperation across with all levels of people
- Manage subordinates in line with company policies and procedures
- Maintain regular weekly communication with line management.
- Perform Ad hoc duties as required by management includes overtime
- Conduct site walk- about and draw-up detailed reports
- Complete machinery checklists and submit reports to the manager.
- Assist in staff discipline processes and identify staff for potential development.
- Maintain daily attendance records on a daily basis and ensure accurate submission to payroll processing
- Do client monthly client specific audits and satisfaction surveys
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12National Diploma in Horticulture or any related tertiary qualification5-7 years Technical experience in Landscape maintenanceStrong Horticultural knowledge and plant care expertiseManage a medium to large staff complimentStrong teamwork and communication abilitiesWill be required to formulate quotes chair meetingsFully computer literate (MS Office proficiency essential)Basic Financial knowledge (Quotations budgeting & Cost control)Strong problem-solving abilityRequired Experience :
