• Provide daily operational support for the Cellwize Edgewize SON platform , ensuring seamless network performance.
• Manage data loading, provisioning of network plans, and system configurations to optimize efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain platform stability , proactively identifying and resolving performance issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system or service-related incidents , ensuring minimal network disruption.
• Collaborate with technical teams to enhance automation and streamline operations.
