The Role

Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and leading the team to deliver outstanding results. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a high-performance environment, ensuring smooth operations, strong staff engagement, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership
• Assist with staff scheduling, rotations, and performance management
• Drive sales by motivating the team and monitoring KPIs and targets
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and feedback to staff members
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure store standards are consistently met
• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues with professionalism
• Contribute to building a motivated, high-performing store team
