POSITION INFO:
Experience:

• Proven end-to-end SMT experience within a production environment
• Strong understanding of SMT processes, reflow, AOI, and defect analysis
• Working knowledge of IPC standards and quality requirements

Technical Capability:

• Ability to program and set up SMT machines
• Troubleshooting of line issues, defects, and process deviations
• Process optimisation to improve first-pass yield, efficiency, and throughput

Leadership & Quality Focus:

• Proven ability to lead and supervise an SMT team
• Drive quality, discipline, and adherence to work instructions and standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and operational efficiency
