Full Stack Developer

Were seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and backend systems that support our operations in the financial services space. This role requires a strong grasp of modern development frameworks, API integration, and database design, with a focus on performance, security, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, scalable web applications using React and Flask
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for integration with third-party platforms (e.g., SMS gateways, payment processors, data stores)
• Design intuitive user interfaces for both internal and external users
• Develop and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, including stored procedures and T-SQL logic
• Integrate with external systems such as Excalibur and CallBI used in financial services
• Automate workflows for reporting, campaign scheduling, and data synchronization
• Apply source control best practices using Git , ensuring version integrity
• Conduct peer code reviews and implement unit testing to maintain code quality
• Ensure compliance with POPIA , ISO 27001 , and internal risk protocols
• Provide technical support and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance business processes
