Responsibilities :

• Highly experienced people manager with solid trust administration experience, must be deadline driven and perform well under pressure.
• Deep understanding of investments, tax, Trust law and ability to read and analyse Financial statements
• Ability to network and build relationships at all levels.
• Performance manage and lead a team of high performers
• Acquisition of Trust business, both internal and external to the FirstRand Group to increase the value of assets under management and the scale of Group.
• Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders
• Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members.
• Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
