Job descriptionManage and coordinate day-to-day fleet operations Conduct pre- and post-trip truck inspections Schedule services, repairs, and maintenance for all vehicles Supervise and monitor drivers, ensuring discipline and compliance Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation Oversee vehicle condition and readiness Report directly to the Warehouse and Logistics Manager Assist with general warehouse and logistics duties as required
Requirements
- Qualification : Diesel Mechanic qualification is highly advantageous
- Experience :
- Proven experience in fleet control or logistics supervision
- Strong technical knowledge of trucks, engines, and maintenance
- Leadership and supervisory experience essential
- Must be proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Valid drivers license
- Willing to work occasional overtime as required
