Overview

Hire Resolve's client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking an IT Finance Business Analyst to join their team in Johannesburg. The company is a leading player in the Manufacturing sector and is looking for a skilled Business Analyst with finance expertise to support IT finance operations.

As an IT Finance Business Analyst, you will work closely with the IT team as the company embarks on a major ERP initiative with Microsoft Dynamics 354. The candidate will serve in this role for approximately 3 to 5 years as the ERP is rolled out across two retail and two manufacturing divisions.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document financial processes and requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement solutions to enhance financial performance.
  • Work closely with IT and finance teams to ensure alignment between technology solutions and financial objectives.
  • Support the ERP implementation and ongoing IT finance operations within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the IT finance domain.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
  • Experience in analyzing and optimizing financial processes.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Relevant degree or certification in finance, accounting, or a related field.
