SUMMARY :

The Commercial Systems and Enablement Manager will lead, manage and continuously improve the organisation's commercial systems, covering customer acquisition, sales, ordering and customer self-service platforms. Ensure that commercial systems are integrated, optimised, secured and effectively adopted by the business team, to support seamless customer journeys and operational efficiency.

POSITION INFO :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a commercial systems enablement strategy aligned with business and IT objectives
  • Serve as the bridge between IT, Sales, Marketing and Operations, to ensure that systems support end-to-end commercial processes
  • Manage and maintain the ecosystem of commercial systems, including CRM, sales enablement tools, ordering platforms and customer self-service portals
  • Drive the effective adoption and utilisation of systems by business users through enablement initiatives, training and communication
  • Manage vendor relationships related to commercial systems, including support agreements and enhancement roadmaps.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small technical and functional enablement team.

Job Experience and Skills Required :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science
  • 7+ years' experience in managing commercial systems (CRM, ordering or customer self-service) in a telecom or technology environment
  • Proven experience in system integration, process enablement, and cross-functional collaboration
