- POSITION PURPOSE
- The Marketing & Communications Manager, Chapters & Regions plays a key role in executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand consistency and drive chapter health to improve the member experience. In partnership with the Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications, Chapters & Regions, this role is responsible for developing and delivering integrated marketing and communications strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and supporting the chapters and regions department, including chapter and regional governance, chapter managers and the CRC. The manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, manage campaigns and optimize marketing efforts. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management and hands-on execution to ensure high-quality marketing and communications that resonate with target audiences.
- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution + Develop and implement integrated marketing and communications plans to support organizational and departmental goals. + Ensure all marketing efforts align with the brand’s voice, values and strategic priorities. + Drive the creation of content, messaging and storytelling that support engagement and action. + Manage marketing timelines and deliverables, ensuring on-time execution.
- Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration + Build strong departmental relationships to understand their goals and provide tailored marketing support. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing operations, creative services, product / tech) to develop and execute campaigns. + Coordinate with external vendors and creative partners to deliver high-quality campaign assets when needed. + Serve as a trusted marketing advisor, guiding stakeholders on best practices and brand consistency. + Facilitate regular meetings and communications to ensure alignment and transparency on marketing initiatives.
- Content Development & Brand Execution + Design and produce high-quality, visually compelling marketing materials, including presentations, reports and other stakeholder communications. + Work closely with internal creative, operations, and external vendors / partners, to develop engaging visuals and messaging. + Ensure brand consistency, clarity and quality across all channels and touchpoints. + Manage content updates across digital platforms.
- Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement + Use data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing strategies. + Track engagement metrics and provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations. + Support a culture of continuous improvement by testing new ideas, learning from data and refining approaches.

- EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.
- Strong background in campaign execution, content development and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to analyze data and insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Canva with demonstrated ability to design high-quality marketing assets.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with an eye for accuracy, clarity and brand consistency.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
- Comfortable using marketing technology tools, such as CRM (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation and analytics platforms.
- EDUCATION / TRAINING / CERTIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work flexible and / or extended hours as needed to accommodate members and team members in multiple time zones.
- Willingness and ability to travel, domestically and internationally, without restrictions, approximately 5% per year.
