A creative-meets-analytical role focused on shaping ad creative strategy for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. The strategist turns performance insights into scroll-stopping ad copy, video scripts, and creative concepts that drive measurable results. Collaboration across creative, production, and performance teams is key. It’s about driving performance through content.

You’ll be :
- Analysing creative and campaign data to extract insights and trends
- Developing new ad concepts, angles, and creative briefs based on results
- Writing engaging ad copy, headlines, hooks, and UGC-style video scripts
- Collaborating with designers, editors, and performance marketers to test and iterate
- Managing a creative testing roadmap and document learnings
- Staying updated on social media trends and platform best practices
You’ll have :
Proven experience in direct-response social ad copy or short-form video scriptingStrong grasp of Meta ad trends (UGC, testimonials, stories, etc.)Ability to turn performance metrics into creative insightsCollaborative mindset across creative and performance teamsPortfolio with examples of high-performing social ads or videosBeneficial :
