Job descriptionRed Seal Certified Diesel Mechanic 3-5+ years' proven experience as a Workshop Foreman, preferably with Iveco, FAW, and / or UD Trucks Strong diagnostic skills Experience using Pinnacle Automotive System and BSI Excellent leadership and team management abilities Good contactable references Supervise and lead the workshop team to ensure efficient operations Allocate and manage daily workflow and tasks for technicians Perform complex diagnostics and oversee vehicle repairs Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity Liaise with clients and ensure excellent customer service Manage workshop inventory, tools, and equipment Monitor and repor t on workshop performance and productivity Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
