Main purpose of the job :
Manage all technical training completed within required timeline Completing of assessments during the training and on Final sign-off.
This include but not limit to : New Development program for Shift Co., Process Operators, Plant Operators, Blenders, Pumpers, CIP operators, Machine Operator and CSB operators.
Update / Maintain Production Technical documents.
This include but not limited to : SOPs, One Pager SOPs, and Process Flows, Assessments and criteria.
Preferred Requirements
- Matric with Maths and Science
- Diploma : Food Technology or Diploma : Production in Food and Beverage Packaging Operation.
- Advantage : with Technical Qualification : N3
- Team Leader / Management / Supervisory Training
- 5 Years within Food and beverage.
