Job description

We are recruiting for a French Customer Service Representative based in Cape Town  to join our team, 3 months in office and Hybrid thereafter.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and support by telephone, chat, and email
  • Resolution focused
  • Take purchase orders
  • Provide information about the status of orders
  • Process complaints

Requirements

  • Native or C1 / C2 French speaker and fluent English read, write, and speak
  • Comfortable with working with computers and different programs
  • Open minded, curious and enjoy interacting with people
  • Team player and your team can rely on you
  • Strong communication skills
  • Aspire to leave every customer satisfied
  • Salary : Market related

    Shifts :

    Rotational between   8am to 5pm or 11am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and every alternative Saturday 8am to 5pm.

    First 4 to 8 weeks Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
