Job description

We are recruiting for a French Customer Service Representative based in Cape Town to join our team, 3 months in office and Hybrid thereafter.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and support by telephone, chat, and email
Resolution focused
Take purchase orders
Provide information about the status of orders
Process complaints

Requirements

Native or C1 / C2 French speaker and fluent English read, write, and speak

Comfortable with working with computers and different programs

Open minded, curious and enjoy interacting with people

Team player and your team can rely on you

Strong communication skills

Aspire to leave every customer satisfied

Salary : Market related

Shifts :

Rotational between 8am to 5pm or 11am to 8pm, Monday to Friday and every alternative Saturday 8am to 5pm.

First 4 to 8 weeks Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
