Role Overview
The Salesforce Administrator will provide day-to-day system support, maintain data integrity, and optimize the Salesforce environment for internal teams. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in Salesforce administration, user support, and data management, with strong attention to detail and a process‑oriented mindset. A background in advertising is preferred but not required. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, documentation, and cross‑team collaboration to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve duplicates, correct invalid entries, and maintain data consistency within Salesforce.
Manage user accounts, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Provide ongoing support to internal users to enhance system utilization.
Maintain accurate documentation of fields, workflows, rules, and processes for internal reference.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support sales, operations, and leadership needs.
Support and optimize existing automation and Flows (ability to read Flows is required).
Perform data entry using Data Loader and manual updates while ensuring accuracy.
