Key Responsibilities :
Communication : Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
Diary Management : Organize and manage the Managerâs calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.
Office Management : Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems.
Client and SETA Liaison : Communicate and collaborate with clients, SETA, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Inventory Management : Monitor and maintain office supplies, placing orders when necessary.
General Support : Provide administrative assistance to the Manager.
Ad-Hoc : Other duties may be assigned
Qualification / Requirements :
Management Assistant Qualification
3 Years experience in similar role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other relevant software
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Professional and friendly
Proficient typist
Trustworthy, dependable and able to maintain utmost confidentiality
Valid Drivers license
