Senior Systems Analyst - Contract

The Systems Analyst supports the business by helping them to transform operational objectives into business solutions by gathering, analyzing and translating their specific needs into clear, unambiguous business requirements and functional specifications, and ensuring that all end-to-end requirements of change and projects are met.

It would be preferred if the Systems Analyst has experience in the Production & Logistics environment.

Responsiblities :

• Analyse the current business requirements identified by the business areas and design an information system that will provide a feasible solution.
• Facilitate workshops / meetings to gather all the user requirements.
• Document the current and future business process in order to perform a fit gap analysis.
• Depending on the project complexity and size, it would be expected that multiple projects could be managed during the same period. See
• The Systems Analyst would need to familiarize themselves with the IT-PEP methodology, Figma tool and use the standard PEP documentation.
• The Systems Analys to familiarize themselves with the IT Security and OD36 process because of all the documentation that needs to be completed in the IT PEP process such as :
• SIRA
• DPIA
• DPA
• ISMS
• Etc.
• Direct communication with the business departments would be required in clarifying requirements.
• Share experiences and best practices with project stakeholders to streamline the process and ensure successful project implementation.
