JOB DESCRIPTION
The Control Room Operator’s primary purpose is to provide support to the security department. To oversee the protection of sites through monitoring and regulating the company’s procedure. The following tasks will include, but are not limited to :
Responsibilities (NOT limited to the below)
- Monitoring / tracking of company vehicles and tracking devices
- Monitor of all CCTV cameras for a specific location
- Access Point monitoring
- Monitor of commodities
- Coordinate emergency situations with services
- Daily reporting of occurrences
- Reporting of irregular activities
- Reporting of issues to the relevant department
