The Role : Investment Specialist

You'll play a pivotal role in supporting and managing relationships with UHNW families while contributing to the firm's global investment strategy and operations. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to every aspect of wealth management from portfolio construction to family governance within a highly collaborative, world-class environment.

Key Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with UHNW families through trusted advisory and strategic insights.

Prepare investment reports, proposals, and review documents for client meetings.

Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver tailored investment and wealth solutions.

Contribute to research, portfolio strategy, and due diligence across public and private markets.

Partner across teams investments, structuring, compliance, and client service to ensure seamless execution.

Take ownership of projects and initiatives, demonstrating initiative and accountability.

About You

Minimum of 5 years experience in financial services, investments, or professional advisory.

Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualifications (CFP, CFA, CA(SA), MBA, or equivalent) preferred or in progress.

Demonstrated passion for markets, investments, and wealth management.

Strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills.

Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

High levels of discretion, integrity, and professionalism when dealing with UHNW families.

Proactive, intellectually curious, and comfortable operating in a boutique, high-performance environment.
