Qualifications :
Matric (minimum)Strong computer literacyPrevious external technical sales experience in the industrial sector (electrical experience advantageous)Minimum 5 years’ sales experienceKey Responsibilities :
Plan and execute customer meetings in advance using Sales Force (iBuddy), including visits to existing and new customersProvide technical solutions by understanding customer requirements and recommending appropriate productsSuggest alternative products based on cost, availability, or specificationsIncrease sales and average order size through cross-selling, up-selling, and add-on salesEducate customers on product features, benefits, and terminology to improve sales and satisfactionStay informed on industry trends, local regulations, and product developments through training, trade shows, and updates from GermanyVisit 6+ customers per dayRecord all visits, reports, and tasks in Sales ForceCommunicate changes in product demand to order management and accounts teamsAssist in scheduled physical inventory countsMaintain proficiency in computer and office softwareAdhere to company policies and proceduresRepresent the company professionally to customers, vendors, and team membersPerform other duties as assignedPackage :
