Dispatcher

Our client, a specialist in Transport and Logistics, is seeking a Dispatcher /  Logistics Coordinator for the Roodepoort area.

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? A reputable company is looking for a Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator to manage vehicle movements, optimize routes, and ensure smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate and dispatch drivers for vehicle deliveries and collections
  • Track and monitor vehicle movements to ensure timely arrivals
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding schedules
  • Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements :

  • ️ Previous experience in dispatching / logistics coordination
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • ️ Strong organizational and communication skills
  • ️ Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • ️ Knowledge of fleet management systems (advantageous)
  • Job Type : Full-time, Permanent Salary : R15,000.00 - R18,000.00 per month
