A leading financial services company is looking for an Automation Support Specialist to provide cradle-to-grave support for enterprise automation solutions. This role will ensure the stability, availability, and performance of automation initiatives in line with the business case and overall enterprise automation strategy.Job Description
Provide end-to-end (cradle-to-grave) support for automation solutions.Monitor automation environments and proactively identify risks and issues.Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests.Collaborate with developers, analysts, and infrastructure teams for smooth operations.Maintain support documentation and ensure compliance with governance standards.Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements.Support upgrades, enhancements, and platform changes.Train and guide business users on automation tools.Minimum Requirements
3-5 years IT / Automation / Application Support experience.Hands-on knowledge of automation platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, etc.).ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).Scripting and integration knowledge (Python, SQL, APIs) advantageous.Ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA) and monitoring tools experience.Relevant IT qualification (degree / diploma).ITIL certification preferred; Automation platform certifications beneficial.Competencies
