We're Looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Remote, Full-Time
Pay : $1,500–$2,500 USD per month (base per attended call + uncapped commissions on closes)
Schedule : Full-time, flexible schedule overlapping with the U.S. team (core hours 9 : 00 AM–6 : 00 PM EST)
About the Role
At Growth Co Marketing we’re looking for a motivated, thoughtful person to join as an SDR. You’ll handle the conversations that fuel our growth—qualifying leads sourced by our team and connecting with them over video to confirm they’re a good fit for our Closing team.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
- Be a great listener : Ask good questions over video calls using BANT-style criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline) to assess fit.
- Be the face of the company : Speak with already-sourced leads over video, delivering the first “face‑to‑face” interaction.
- Be the qualifier : Use video calls to deeply qualify leads, confirm their needs, and ensure readiness for the next step.
- Keep us organized : Log activities in the CRM and provide clear, crisp notes for a smooth handoff.
- Be our eyes and ears : Share market feedback—objections, questions, trends—to help the team improve.
This Role Is for You If…
1–3 years of experience in a similar role, qualifying leads over phone or video, with a track record of meeting or beating targets.Excellent communicator in video conversations; clear, human, focused on value.Comfortable conducting consultative chats, treating objections as learning opportunities.Organized operator who values clean CRM data and reliable follow‑through.Curious, coachable, always looking to learn and improve.Team player who works well with closers and account managers.Proficient with video software, Slack, GoHighLevel, and other CRMs.This role reports to the Head of Sales and offers a clear path to grow into Senior SDR or Closer roles based on performance.
