Senior Revenue Operations Account Manager
Location : Remote (South Africa preferred)
Hours : Full-time with flexibility to align to Israel and global client hours
Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior RevOps Manager / Revenue Systems Lead to drive end-to-end Lead-to-Cash transformations for our clients. This role blends executive-level strategy with deep hands-on Salesforce expertiseperfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of business architecture CRM systems and AI-enabled Revenue Operations.
You will lead high-impact projects partner directly with CROs COOs and VP-level leaders and design scalable data-driven revenue systems that fuel predictable growth.
What Youll Do
Lead full-cycle RevOps engagements : discovery process design architecture build QA enablement go-live optimization .
Architect Lead-to-Cash strategies revenue workflows lifecycle models SLAs and core funnel KPIs.
Build and optimize Salesforce orgs : objects permissions flows automations validations reporting and dashboards.
Plan and support integrations across the revenue tech stack (Salesforce marketing / CS / finance tools) including data mapping and sync logic.
Drive AI-powered efficiencies : predictive insights automated workflows intelligent routing advanced reporting and operational automation.
Lead client workshops facilitate executive sessions set expectations and act as a trusted strategic advisor.
Produce high-quality documentation SOPs and scalable operational frameworks.
Time split : Approximately 50 / 50 to 70 / 30 between hands-on systems work and strategic client leadership.
What Were Looking For
5 years in RevOps Sales Ops Revenue Systems or CRM Implementation.
Deep Salesforce expertise (flows architecture data model automations reporting).
Experience working directly with CRO / COO / VP-level stakeholders.
Proven ownership of end-to-end CRM or Lead-to-Cash implementations.
Data-driven operator with strong command of funnel metrics forecasting pipeline health and attribution.
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to challenge clients thoughtfully (not a yes-person).
Strong English communication skills; comfortable supporting US-based clients.
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with clarity structure and independence.
Nice to Have
HubSpot experience.
Background in CRM migrations or complex multibusiness-unit transformations.
Familiarity with compensation and commission structures.
iPaaS / API automation experience (Zapier Make Workato).
Exposure to analytics finance or business operations.
