Shop Supervisor Locations : Centurion | Westgate | Trade Route We’re looking for a sales-driven Shop Supervisor to lead daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure sales budgets are met. What you’ll do :

Drive sales to achieve and exceed monthly targets
Lead and motivate staff to maximize upselling and cross-selling
Ensure the shop is clean, presentable, and fully stocked (min. 8 weeks’ cover)
Oversee returns, merchandising, and product demos
Manage cash-ups, daily banking, and accurate POS administration
Take responsibility for stock, assets, and store performance

What we’re looking for :

Matric (Grade 12) – compulsory

Retail or supervisory experience (sales-focused) preferred

Strong sales, communication, and leadership skills

Dependable, ambitious, and target-driven

Key Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in tracking sales performance and identifying opportunities to enhance average sale and overall revenue through strategic initiatives and team coaching and developmental feedback.

Lead by example in customer interactions and team motivation.

Support training & coaching of team members to ensure high product knowledge and engagement.

Ensure the team adheres to company policies, including uniform guidelines.

Ensure to report any Integrity or poor work ethic related concerns to the Store Manager.

Operational Excellence

Work alongside Store Manager to oversee stock management, including ordering of Fresh, stock receival, following correct stocktake procedures and minimizing wastage.

Customer Experience & Brand Representation

Deliver an immersive Lush experience through ethical representation.

Resolve customer complaints professionally to maintain brand reputation.

Encourage active product demonstrations and team engagement with customers.

Job Description

n exciting opportunity exists for a Store Supervisor to take responsibility for tyre audits, stock control, and supervising the clerical functions within the store. The successful candidate will oversee documentation processes for ordering, receiving, and shipping materials, while ensuring accurate stock levels and timely re-ordering of supplies.

Grade 12 / Matric.

Relevant tertiary qualification.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Workshop Store Supervisor or similar role.

Solid knowledge of automotive parts (trucks and trailers) is essential .

Previous experience in the automotive industry will be advantageous.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Strong organizational and supervisory skills.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :

Supervise store and maintenance staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Monitor and report on stock movements in line with operational needs.

Coordinate the receipt, storage, packing, and timely distribution of goods and materials.

Place orders and maintain appropriate inventory levels.

Process, check, and file store documentation accurately.

Ensure compliance with housekeeping, maintenance, and health & safety standards.

Conduct daily inspections of the yard, tyre maintenance area, tools, and consumables.

Organize weekly tyre scrapping meetings and prepare supporting documentation.

Coordinate with service providers for removal of scrap tyres.

Collaborate with workshop management and operations staff regarding fleet inspections.
