Candidate Requirements Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in German (B2, C1, or C2 level) and good English communication skills for internal team collaboration. Legal & Compliance: Must have valid permission to work in South Africa and a clear criminal and credit (ITC) record. Experience: Prior experience in Customer Support or a call centre environment is highly preferred, specifically within the retail sector. Availability: Comfortable working in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
