About the Role:
We are a fast-growing UK cleaning company dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and onboarding cleaning staff across the UK. You’ll collaborate with our operations team to keep candidate records accurate, manage communications, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct brief phone interviews with potential candidates
Maintain and update online candidate records
Track data accurately using Excel
Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling in Outlook
Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team
Answer calls and take detailed messages when required
Benefits & Compensation:
Salary: R7,000 – R9,500 per month
40 days annual paid leave
